GForce Performance Engineering product applications are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of (1) one year from the date of sale to the original purchaser. Obligation under this warranty is limited to product replacement but not the reinstallation of the replacement product or other incidental costs. This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or improper installation. Normal wear shall not be considered a defect under this warranty. All warranty adjustments are limited to replacement or credit of returned merchandise, but will not be credited or replaced without authorization of GForce Performance Engineering. GForce Performance Engineering reserves the right to deny credit or replacement of merchandise for any reason. This warranty specifically excludes impact damage, cosmetic damage or damage to coatings. GForce Performance Engineering will issue a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number for every return. Returned goods will not be accepted without an RGA Number. GForce Performance Engineering will ship the replacement product at no charge using the carrier of their choice. If the customer would like to upgrade the shipping method (for example, Next Day Air), the customer will be charged the difference in shipping cost.
GForce Performance Engineering products are designed to be used with OEM products and other GForce products. GForce does not warranty product for fitment with aftermarket products from other manufacturers. This applies to suspension products from other manufacturers as well as aftermarket exhaust products, aftermarket drivetrain products and other aftermarket products. GForce Performance Engineering products that receive an approved RGA number due to fitment issues with OEM components or GForce products will receive replacement credit or a full refund. GForce products that are returned due to fitment issues with aftermarket product will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Purchaser understands and recognizes that racing parts, equipment and services by or manufactured and/or sold by GForce Performance Engineering, are subject to varied conditions due to the manner in which they are to be installed and used. The acceptability and suitability of any part sold or manufactured by GForce Performance Engineering for a particular application is solely the purchaser’s decision. GForce Performance Engineering makes no warranties whatsoever, expressed or implied or written. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY. The right to make changes in the design or add to or improve on their product without incurring any obligation to install the same on products previously manufactured is expressly reserved. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any claim, action or demand arising out of or incident to Buyer’s installation or use of products purchased from GForce Performance Engineering.

GForce Performance Engineering will NOT accept any returns for custom order parts. This includes custom axles, custom color paint or powder coat or custom driveshafts. All products are made to order. Once order has been placed, there are absolutely no returns or exchanges. Cancellation of any order can only be done if product is not already in process and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
GForce Performance Engineering, LLC reserves the right to replace or deny the replacement of any axle, axle stub or product manufactured by GForce Engineering that may be defective or breaks under normal driving or racing conditions for the lifetime of the product purchased by the original purchaser.
The LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY only applies to GForce Performance Engineering Renegade and Outlaw (L5) axles only and only to the original purchaser of the product. The Limited Lifetime Warranty covers stubs and axle bars ONLY. CV’s, boots, clamps and hardware are considered to be wear items and carry a 1-year limited warranty for the original purchaser of the product. All GForce axles can however be repaired. If outside of the 1-year warranty period, wear items can be replaced. Fees due apply. (see below)
If product transfers to a new owner, the warranty is void. The Limited Lifetime Warranty can be transferred to a new owner if the new owner sends the axles back to GForce with an approved RGA number. An inspection fee of $50 will apply. If no action is needed and the axles meet proper specifications, a new Limited Lifetime Warranty will be issued for the new owner.
If axles need to be repaired, cost will be determined based on cost of parts to be replaced, but usually does not exceed $499 unless axles are damaged beyond repair. Broken axles, axle stubs or components must be returned without alteration repair or welding, along with your proof of purchase, name, address, telephone number, and a description of the problem. This replacement policy applies only to normal operating conditions.
Other axles including, 850HP (L2) axles carry a 2-year warranty as do other products manufactured by GForce Engineering. After the 2 years, products can be replaced or repaired. Cost for repair or replacement of parts is subject to the extent of damage or wear.
If rated power limits have been exceeded on defective product, GForce Performance Engineering, LLC reserves the right to request or require an up-grade to product to be better suited for intended application. The upgraded cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement policy and warranty applies to products manufactured by GForce Performance Engineering only. Please inquire about products that are or are not covered under this warranty.
In no event will GForce Performance Engineering, LLC be responsible for damages including but not limited to down time, lost profits, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and property, loss of use, labor, install shop labor or cost of substituted products.
